The case is Glock, Inc. v. Griffin, et. al. and can be found... Here.
Glock, Inc., by and through its attorneys, Renzulli Law Firm, LLP, brings this civil action against Defendants in their official capacities for declaratory and injunctive relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201 and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Glock, Inc. seeks a declaration that the pistols that it currently sells to the commercial market do not fall within the definition of “convertible pistols” for purposes of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 53-202(a)(4). In the alternative, Glock, Inc. seeks a declaration that the ban on the importation, advertisement, and sale of “convertible pistols” enacted pursuant to Substitute House Bill No. 5043, Public Law 26-14 (“HB 5043”) is unconstitutional on the basis that it is void for vagueness in violation of the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, violates the right to keep and bear arms protected by the Second and Fourteenth Amendments, violates the right to freedom of speech protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments, and an injunction prohibiting Defendants from enforcing it.
