I have some great recipes for game. I am always looking for more though. Is there any way we could get a sticky thread to share or ask for recipes?

There was a good thread of recipes a few years ago but when I looked for it a year or so ago I couldn't find it and neither could anyone else.

Here's one I did yesterday that turned out great:

Sweet and Sour Wild Boar

1 wild boar backstrap, trimmed of fat and cubed
2 yellow bell peppers, chopped fine
2 red bell peppers, chopped fine
2 sweet mayan onions, chopped
2 cups fresh snow peas
1 can chunk pineapple
3 bottles Kikoman sweet and sour GLAZE (the thick stuff)

marinate for 24 hrs, then crockpot on LOW for 6 hrs
serve over rice
