          Beats the day we had on the delta. 1 teal hen. We only saw a total of 5 ducks flying.

                  I may head out into the bay sometime this week, but without real weather I'm going to wait.

                  I did, however, see a bunch of ducks in the local turtle pond. A few mallards, a veritable **** ton of coots, a bunch of buffleheads, and even a gadwall drake and hen. So far as I'm concerned there was an early migration and everyone is parked while the weather is good. Hell if I know, I've been out chasing deer and haven't been paying attention.

                  Makes me think real hard about that 25 a day limit on coots, lol.
