Bagged another one this morning. Took out another veteran and got him on a double. He made a great clean shot.

Private property Paso Robles area. Taken May 5th on the last day of the season. My dad and I each got one.

Called a double and was able to get thus small female at around 60-70 yards. Came in fast. In less than a minute using the jackrabbit .30-06 cartridge call.

September 2023 archery Cape Buffalo and Sable in South Africa. The Kudu was in very Thick brush so I used the guides 270. Made a 25 yard shot with my 70lb bow on the Cape Buffalo… double lung and top of the heart.
Cape Buffalo 43.5 inch wide.
Sable 43”.
Kudu 54.5”.

Been awhile since I?ve been back out for public land valley quail; was a little rusty with the 12 gauge on fast moving shots for late season in January.

They are eating pretty good out there. Fresh seeds and fresh vegetation in their diet; smelled fresh too when I opened up the crop sack.
