Sweet!
I've been wanting to get back into fly fishing, but haven't had a chance. I used to fly fish when I was younger, mostly bass. Now I want to give it a shot for trout in the Sierras and perhaps try my hand at fly fishing for surf perch.Calguns.net, where everyone responding to your post is a Navy Force Delta Recon 6 Sniperator. -
I got 5wt this on sale Monday for $139 at the Cabela's in Nebraska. I was there on business, but what the heck, I bought it anyway.

Great bunch of guys in your area and you have tons of killer fishing right there. Did you know there are bonefish in San Diego Bay?Comment

Yes!! that is a great rod. I bought one for $180 for my sister's birthday present a few weeks ago and almost didn't give it to her... I was sorely tempted to buy myself one at the Hot Buy price earlier this week. Good snag!I got 5wt this on sale Monday for $139 at the Cabela's in Nebraska. dying art..
I still have my grandpa's cane rigs from the way-back years..
along with his fly tying bench vise, assorted tools and materials, and about 50 of our favorite of his hand tied flies..
don't get to it very often anymore, but just like riding a bike, it all comes back
definitely planning to teach both of my little ones..
thanks op, brings back good memories and a smile
I started out with nothing - and I still have most of itComment
