          Beretta 70s rear sight base

          I am looking for a rear sight base for my Beretta 70s. (see pics of base) I also need the 2 adjustments screws for the blade. I believe the model 74 is the same base. I have looked online everywhere and no one has one. Any input/direction would be greatly appreciated. I would be willing to purchase a slide if I had to.
