Okay so I'm not sure if it is possible, but I'm looking for a stripped M14 receiver for around $400-$450 in the Orange County, CA area. I have a complete Polytech parts kit but no receiver, and on top of that a small budget (something that M14's don't really get along with).
Since FFL's around here want $100 just to receive a firearm (not including DROS) I'm looking for a local transfer.
If you have a used receiver you are willing to part with, let me know.
