Wanted, Bay Area 'Smith to change gasport

I have a Colt M4 upper. I'd like to have the factory gas block / sight assembly removed and a new gas block / flip up BUIS installed. It is a pre-ban registered A/W, so the flash hider is not soldered/pinned. Never done one, so I'd prefer to pay someone with the experience and tools do it.
