For what its worth,

I just purchased a russian sks at Annies in Fremont last week, They had (2) Mosin Nagants WITH BAYO's in on Consignment...They are sitting on the rack in the corner, apparently they have been there for 30 days already..therefore 10 days is all you'll wait...

Hope this helps you....Too, I believe they were priced at $350...
