WTB: Howa M1 Carbine

[Howa M1 Envy]

Any chance anyone out there has a Howa M1 Carbine they'd be willing to sell or trade? I have been looking for one of these for years now. My father-in-law was issued one for years as a police office in Thailand, and I'd love to go shooting one with him. Any offers or leads are highly appreciated.
