WTB Gun Re-Bluing in Sacramento

I have my Beretta 96 and have been looking into getting it refurbished back to a BNIB look. I do not trust myself with one of those DIY kits so I am calling out to anyone in my area willing to assist me. It is my duty weapon so the process would only be able to take a day at most.
