WTB: AR-15 upper receiver or barrel

Im looking for a complete upper receiver or barrel. I would prefer a 16" mid length upper or a 14.5 with a pinned flash hider also in mid-length. However I am open to other set ups as well. it would be great to buy everything assembled but if I have to I will buy the barrel separately.
