wtb AR minus a stripped lower

I have a stripper Lower and a stripped upper. But that is all I have I need everything else. Of coarse I'm on a budget and I dont need to sleep on my couch to get this built. So let me know what you have and what you want for it. I dont mind used stuff as long as it is still reliable.
