WTB ruger 10/22 receiver & bolt, LA area

Hello,
I'm trying to find an economical 10/22 receiver (blued) and bolt.
Or if you have the receiver, bolt and trigger group that would be good too.
If you know anybody that has a 16" standard barrel also, let me know.
I live in Azusa, so about 30 minutes east of Los Angeles.
