Miroku Hammer/main spring installation tool?

I'm looking to rent or buy the tool to install the hammers and mainsprings for the Miroku O/U shotgun.

I've called Wisner's, they designed them and make them, in June and he was out. I called them yesterday and he hadn't made any. Ugh.
