Presuming it's a Vltor carbine modstock, you will need a military specification carbine receiver extension and corresponding buffer spring (carbine) and buffer (carbine).

If it's a Vltor rifle modstock, you'll need a rifle receiver extension and a corresponding buffer spring (rifle) and buffer (rifle).
