WTB: Highly Used Tactical Bolt Action.

I am looking to begin learning how to shoot precision rifle and hopefully qualify for a spot on my dept's competition rifle team. To do this I need a Remington 700 perferably a PSS or tactical model and would even be willing to purchase a Tactical Rifle System (Rifle, scope, bipod, case, sling, etc) I would like a highly used model because I need to keep cost down.
