Long story short, I turn 21 on August 20th, so this particular purchase won't be going through until then. However, I am willing to deliver a negotiable amount of cash to the seller as a down payment to receive the particular firearm when time comes so that we're not breaking any laws explicitly. My location is in San Diego County, interested in LNIB levels of quality, low round count. Even if there's no offers for it, any posts with a general estimate of how much I should be paying for one would be great too. Thanks.
