WTB: AR Barrel and Rail

I am looking for a decent Pencil profile 16" mid length barrel for a low cost build. Used is fine but nothing with thousands of rounds through it. Im also looking for a 13.5"-15" rail thats not too heavy. Send me a PM. I am paypal ready. Located in Shasta County if you happen to be up this way.
