Meprolight Universal U.S.I.T. Sight Tool Block

I need to either buy or borrow the poly block that is used on the Meprolight Universal Sight Installation tool. Sure willing to pay for the opportunity to at least measure one and then have one made. Can't seem to find anyone that can supply it. Tried every place I know and come up dry.
