WTB: Wheeler AR15 Armorer Kit / vise block / tool (Sacramento)

Looking to buy or open to rent/borrow an AR15 upper vise block. Lower's were built w/o any special kit. I need to attach muzzle brake, attach barrel / gas tube/ gas block / rail system to upper.

Also looking for a stainless crush washer... :-)
