WTB W. German SIG P226 or Ed Brown 1911

I'm looking to buy a mint condition West German SIG P226 in near-new condition with a low round-count (<1000 rounds). Some light wear on high spots of the muzzle and/or rails is okay. I would also prefer the gun have the original checkered plastic grips.

I am also interested in a gently used Ed Brown Executive Target or Special Forces model.

I'm in Monterey, but will gladly travel up to the South Bay area to do a PPT transfer.
