WTB: CHEAP .22 Bolt Action (San Diego)

I am looking for a cheap .22 bolt action any brand and almost any condition. We need one for pest control using CB shorts. Tube fed would be prefered. A scope would be be nice but not required. Must be capable of mounting a scope on it.
