WTB: Long Range Hunting / Target Rifle

Have not zeroed in on exactly what I want so open minded at this point

Calibers: At least 300 Win Mag, probably more like 338 Lapua or 416 Barrett

Action: Prefer bolt gun but could do a semi-auto

Makes: Savage, Armalite, Barrett, ?

Budget: Could go up to $4k for the right one but prefer to stay well under that
