This is a Never shot, brand new item. I have a premium upper from PSA Palmetto State Armory, with an Anderson Lower, CCMG lower parts kit. 1/7 twist, CL, MPI. Willing to sell just the upper for $. Dont remember the buffer assembly but paid $ for a mil spec buffer assembly. And a charging handle, but no BCG. I am located in Los Angeles, Asking $, and a girlfriend bday coming up on monday the 27th, counld really use the cash to buy her the handbag she wanted.
