Other info: okay, I am posting a firearm I need to sell... I really do not want to see it go but I need the money right now. I have been having lots of health issues lately and I need to sell off some things. I will be listing this on other websites as well so really the first person that pays me for it gets it. I need money asap so I cannot hold this gun or take payments or trades for it. Its in like new condition NEVER FIRED Smith & Wesson M&P 40. It comes with 2 -10 round 40s&w/357sig mags and 100 rounds of flat nosed Winchester white box target ammo. I do not have the box anymore for the ammo so it will come in a heavy duty Ziploc bag. I have the original box the gun came with but it came cracked and since I never cared about the box it did not matter to me. The gun also comes with the 2 spare back straps (3 in all). I will only do face to face transfers in Oak Hills at Yzernies place or Victorville (pawn shop or gun store).
Like I said I've been having health issues and I cannot be in a vehicle longer that 10 min or so without severe pain, so that's why I am willing to ship it. The buyer will pay for shipping which will be $26 insured by a major carrier with tracking (Ground Shipping, if you want it faster it will be extra). I will accept discreet paypal, check or money order. Know that checks and money orders will delay shipping for 5-8 business days because I have to make sure it clears to cover my rear and yours to prevent fraud. Discreet paypal must be in form of a gift so that I am not hit with paypal fees, also you must not say its for a firearm because Paypal is ANTI GUN and will freeze the funds of those making firearm purchases through their company. If this happens and you list its a firearm it is your fault and YOU will have to deal with paypal and I will not ship the gun until that's cleared. Please be clear on that.
I do have the roll markings painted in neon green but a q-tip and paint thinner will solve that. the gun is constantly cleaned and I frog lube the gun. It has about 5 coats on it. I will also clean and lube the gun before shipping. Here are a couple of pics of the gun. God bless you all and thank you for looking. I will check on the FFL to make sure they are legit.
