[b]Other info: This is a clean Smith and Wesson 686 Metallic Silhouette. It is marked Mod 686 M on the inner frame. It has the four position factory front sight that works great. Just set each of the four settings, and dial 1 2 3 or 4 and you are all dialed in. This model was a limited run for I think only two years in 1987-88.. It is rare, and I have only seen one other anywhere in the last 15 years. It is a pre-lock model with the firing pin on the hammer. Over the past 15 years or so that I have owned it, I have only shot about 100 rounds through it. Very accurate. It has a ding on a corner of the grip, and is clean condition overall. I has had a fantastic trigger job and is super smooth on both double and single action. It will come with both the factory wood grip, and Pachmyr grip.
I want to offer it here to try to keep in California before putting it on Gunbroker.
