    Mosin Nagant... SOLD

    SOLD

Selling a never fired, 1942 Izhevsk M91/30, with matching numbers, not counter bored. I originally bought from Big 5 back in 2007. Stuck it in my Dad's safe and forgotten about until recently.

    The extras included are...

1-Already mounted on an ATI Monte Carlo stock.
    2-Big 5 rifle case, as pictured. " Isn't that sturdy btw. "
3-2 boxes of Winchester 7.62x54r rounds, 20 rounds each box, roughly 10 or so surplus rounds I bought from a gun show. " Ammo not pictured "
4-Replacement firing pin and Wolf 24lbs firing pin spring.
5-All the extras that came with the rifle. ie, bayonet, ammo pouch, oil can, cleaning tools with an extra set, and sling. " Extra set of tools in left ammo pouch, oil can in right. "

I'd like to be upfront, there are 2 issues.

1- I did measure the firing pin using the firing pin depth gauge tool and found out its not within spec. Just needs to be readjusted though.

2- The original wood stocks are included, but are damaged. Happened when I was attempting to remove the cosmoline first week I got it. Sat in a tub of water at boiling temps. Yea stupid me Was only the stocks that sat, not the barrel or action.

Nothing has gone the way I planned with this rifle. So I'd rather move onto another project. Was asking $100.00, now SOLD SOLD SOLD . And you'll be taking care of the transfer fee.

My preferred FFL would be Target Masters in Milpitas, but can meet at your preferred FFL that is within the area. Any further, then add $10-$20 for gas. Not willing to ship, please keep local.

    C&R?

Shouldn't it be cash and carry?
My house, garages, and business protected by ADT alarms.

    Just putting it out there..

Yes, this can be a person to person transaction without fees, although the Monte Carlo stock might technically take it out of C&R for some, there are also opinions by BATF that a Monte Carlo maintains the "sporting" use of the rifle. You have the wood stock anyway.........
