          I'll jump in and say Brazil. And I'll also add that there is nothing wrong with that. I have a SS Mil-Spec. Nothing wrong with it either.

              i have the same gun and it says made in genesso IL but ive been told its still made in brazil lol so confusing

                          I'm probably wrong but but I think the parts are manufactured in Brazil but The actual pistol is assembled here in the U.S.

                              Check the bottomof the dust cover. If the frame is made by Imbel it should be marked as such.

                                  It was my assumption the gun was made in Brazil as most of them are. But he says it's got an NM serial prefix. Check under the dustcover and under the grips. If no Imbel is found, then you have either a rare US made Mil-Spec or an older model. Either way it's a great gun and at a great price.
