This is the best sulotion for CA compliant AR maglock as I know
(I used to use AR MAGLOCK gen4 + Kingpin and then switched to this build)

PSA has this Rifle buid kit for $699. BUT! no LOWER, no CA compliant kit, of course you will need tools to build it or paid the gunsmith to build for you.
This is the higher price version with FULL 15" picatinny rail free float handguard, not the cheaper 15" free float handguard without rail.

Bring your own cable lock, this can save you additional $8~9 when doing DROS.(CA laws required)
As a buyer, please have your FSC card and ID ready(better real ID)or passport and at least 1 proof of residency with your name on it(utility bill-SDG&E/water, vehicle registration...etc. if you DL is real ID, then that's enough)
since this is a PTT, there's NO SALES TAX(7.75%)
