12Ga. Benelli M2 w/barrel professionally cut down and rechoked by Bob Day. Never fired.


The idea of the Salient short barrel Benelli started me down this road.


As stated, Bob Day @ R&D Barrel cut down the barrel to 18.75", did the radius of the vent rib, re-choked the barrel. A steel mag ext. and connecting ring were added approx. flush w/the end of the barrel.


The safety has been swapped over for a "lefty".



This shows the oversize cross bolt safety (reversed 4 a "lefty"), the short Benelli stock, and MT 4 shell holder without adaptor/mount that was attached directly to the stock.



This is the Taran Tactical extended lifter.

This is the 2nd Benelli, the "twin brother" of the Benelli I just recently sold for $1,000.00 These are the same pictures because it's the same gun for $900.00


**DUE DILIGENCE** ---This Benelli is in the same condition as the 1st EXCEPT a couple of drops of water condensed on top of the vent rib, which after cleaning off w/Breakfree-CLP left a blemish.

I didn't mask off the top of the VR and paint it because I insist on folks knowing I'm honest about the condition of my guns. I'm knocking off $100.00 for painting the top of the vent rib.



As mentioned in the previous sale, the Salient Benelli conversion inspired me to go down this road.

The safety has been swapped over for a "lefty". It is easily swapped back to the rt and designed that way.





The gun was bought from Champion Firearms, for close to $1100.00, and the upgrades ran $600-$700 including replacing the stock w/a Benelli short stock, steel mag extension w/barrel nut, Taran Tactical extended lifter, Bob Day @ R&D Barrel cutting and rechoking the barrel, along w/the radius of the vent rib.



*I forgot the clamp which has an "itty bitty" rail on the other side for a laserlight.*
