I purchased this G35 on a whim because I wanted a pistol chambered in .40. Purchased new at Riflegear with only 300 honest rounds through it. The bore still shines like a mirror.
I have had trijicon novak 3 dot night sights installed (by Trijicon) to get as close to a 1911 as possible. They may look like a simple white dot in the photos, but they are tritium sights and very bright. The sights alone are $150 (sans tax and shipping/installation). Also, trigger work done with the pre travel shortened significantly (fixed) and the over travel also reduced (adjustable). Trigger guard rounded with a groove for improved purchase on the grip. Finger grooves removed and tree bark stippling of the "front strap". Includes 2 magazines. No case, but I will throw in 150 rounds of 180GR SWC ammo to more than make up for the lack of the plastic case.
As I am a 1911 shooter, I have come to find Glocks are just not to my liking. I would like to trade this for a 1911 chambered in .40 +cash if warranted. I am open to trade (+/- cash) to other pistols chambered in this caliber. Please send offers or sell for $800 ($950 dropped into it).
