If Buyer fails to complete the transfer, Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Buyer. If the transfer is not completed, I may withhold twenty-five percent (25%) of the sale price upon retrieval of the firearm from the FFL dealer. Buyer is responsible for providing all required, current paperwork prior to transfer and must not cause unnecessary delay or expense to me.
