Came across this 649 at local FFL and purchased it. Unfired, brand new, this does have the lock above the release latch, comes with box and everything in it, plus some speed strips, Zeta6 J-clips, safariland speedloaders, & nemesis pocket holster. I paid $750 before dros and tax, still have the receipt. This model is no longer available from Smith & Wesson.
