I'm sure I will regret this but up for grabs is a rare 1970's era Dan Wesson 15-2vh 4" Blue 357 magnum/38 special revolver. The VH stands for Vented Heavy because it has a full lower lug and vents very similar to a Colt Python or Korth Combat. These have been called the "poor mans" version of those aforementioned collectable and extremely expensive classics that command prices 4x to 6x as much as this.
Dan Wesson wanted to produce a 357 that could handle a steady diet of magnum loads without worrying about frame integrity, he succeeded and this is the result. It has an incredibly heavy duty build and the tolerances are so tight it is nothing short of amazing. I have never handled a revolver with a cylinder that locks up as tight as this. These have also been called the most accurate ever and will certainly out shoot any stock S&W or Ruger offering with ease. The double action trigger pull is butter smooth with no staginess at all and the single action is the lightest I have ever personally felt. These came like this stock from the factory without the need for any modifications.
also included is an extra Dan Wesson Arms wooden grip and also 200 rounds of 147 gr. 38 special reloads and a cloth pouch. This model has the ability to swap out the barrels for 2", 6" and 8" versions but these are NOT included. If they were the price would be much higher, you can find those on gunbroker.
Prefer to do PPT in the San Fernando Valley, i.e., Burbank, San Fernando, Reseda etc. Once again not interested in any trades.
