    This is a government contract surplus plate carrier made by Patriot Performance Materials, Inc from Sanford NC. MSRP for this vest is $199. This has never been used and will carry a full set of ballistic plates as well as molle gear.

                      FYI, this is a large size. I usually wear a XL tshirt and this fits me at the smallest setting. Can accommodate a much larger person.
