I have a PSA complete lower parts kit with buffer, milspec tube, buffer spring, everything you need to complete a lower.
I have with it an MOE trigger guard but not sure if its the right set screw in there.
It is missing ONE take down detent. I can't find it in the kit but everything is there.
Image shows Raddlock which is not included but available to the buyer for $40 or normal bullet button for $15
$175 ftf in Santa Ana or shipped for $5. Priority goes to FTF.
