I puchased this very nice ACOG style scope to use while one of my Trijicon scopes was in for repair. I mounted it but never had the chance to sight it in before my Trijicon was returned to me. It comes in the original box and with the original battery that I only installed to test for full function then I removed the battery. So basically this is an as new unit.
