Unit comes complete with box and all documentation. Item is used, but in good shape still. The glass is perfect, but the protective hood has some wear. There's some edge wear along the front of the hood and there's a scrape on the rear left (all pictured below).
This is the 2-2 model which means it is the 2-dot reticle.
