Its one of their Blem uppers. Everything looks great on it. I think the blem is the inside anodizing is off color. Its complete with bcg and charging handle. The carry handle is included. I just want to get what i paid for it. $400. Its new. I never fired it. So if you are in the area and dont want to wait on PSA slow shipping here it is.
