Star Firestar Plus or M243 Factory Mags for trade

I have three brand new, still in the wrapper 10 round mags for an M243 "Firestar plus in 9mm I am looking to trade for the same in 13 rounds. My mags are blued, My pistol is starvel but I will also take blued. If the firestar plus is not legal in Calif. Please let me know and I will withdraw my offer. I am located in Salt Lake City, UT at present. In the near future I will be heading back to Texas. I travel the country a bit so I maybe going to CA. in the near future if there is any interest.
