I have a Sig Sauer P226 22LR conversion kit for sale. Original owner said that he fired 400-500 rds through it, but I haven't had a chance to shoot any rounds at all.
The kit comes with the following:

Barrel
Recoil Spring
10rd magazine
Blue Case with foam cutouts
FTF in Fresno area is $225.
