I received this upper from CGN member phamtastic0 in Feb 2008 (link). GREAT upper, just wanting a rifle length upper now.
Located outside Phoenix, AZ and can ship or FTF locally. I accept USPS money orders or if you would like you can send me the payment via Western Union Transfer (actual wire transfer, NOT WU Money Order). At this time I can not accept PayPal (due to some not so great buyers not being discreet and my acct being locked with them... seriously who thinks "Thanks for the pistol" in the comment section is a discreet transaction?!?!?!)
