Hi -
This is Leupold p/n 57555, and can be seen here. These are officially used, but absolutely look like new. I installed them, did one range session, then decided on a different optic system, and removed them.
No box, no tool (though I might be able to dig one up if you need it), no paperwork. Just the mounts.
