                  Yea, the two piece drop in to replace the plastics and has screws that mount the rail together.

                    I think that CP3 was asking if it is the "free float" model (Product code SRAI-MRF-C7BT-00), which is different than the "drop in" model (Product code SRAI-MRF-D7BT-00). If it is the free floating model...all the better for me.
