Made from .080" aircraft grade aluminum and airline rated. Has a stainless steel locking rod that runs the entire length of case and locks all the latches at once. Helic-arc welded corners and a full length one piece piano style hinge that is riveted every 4".
It has milled feet and sealed rivets to prevent environmental concerns. Four plus inches of condensed foam to cradle your baby(ies) and made in the USA.
It weighs 27 pounds empty. I can deliver north as far as Chico, south to Elk Grove, east to Placerville or west to Woodland. Otherwise buyer pays actual shipping
