**To answer the PMs I've been getting, this kit does NOT require a special upper. You can take your normal 5.56 or .223 upper, quickly remove and replace the bolt assembly with this kit, swap magazines, and you are ready to rock. Conversion requires only this kit and no other special parts, and takes about 30 seconds or less to swap. Really super duper easy and makes shooting your AR fun and CHEAP!! **
