WTB: HK 10/25 UMP Magazines -or- rebuild kits

Im seeing if there is anyone out there that had either actual 10/25 H&K UMP Magazines or rebuild kits for sale, or if you could point me in the right direction of who does.

Want to make sure they are 922r compliant too.

But not really sure where I can get these HK 10/25 UMP mags from?

Or---
anyone have anyother suggestions for someone who would like to convert a Heckler & Koch USC to UMP in California???
