As the title states, I have a Vltor CASV-EL handguard which I Cerakoted in Elite Blackout. These handguards are hard to find and rarely come up for sale. I've seen them on CG maybe once every 6 months or so. There are none on GB or Ebay right now. Handguard comes with a 6" rail section pre-installed on the bottom. Looking at $200 shipped.
