As a recent escapee of CA, I've got a CA compliant upper receiver for my AR. It's got a 20 inch DTI 5.56x45 barrel, with a 1:9 twist rate, and a Strike Industries muzzle brake. Standard M16A2 styling, with the A-shape Front Sight, and ribbed polymer hand guard. I've only fired about 600 or so rounds through it. Rifling is extremely crisp and the bore is a mirror.
